Being a bodybuilder you can increase your reps for a burn if you don?t have the weight to lift I think you?d struggle with home workouts if your a power lifter :/ I?m lucky I?ve got weights bars and bands ..bands have amazed me ...the burn off bands and the pump is amazingAnother day another workout! New resistance bands arrived too and I?m getting more out of them than I thought I?m really liking them. It?s so hard to be motivated at home it seems to be really difficult? No matter what tho I?m not missing a workout out. Ideally I think it?s best to do it as early as possible get it out the way but anytime is better than no time! Just think how easy it is to spend 1 hour looking at your phone when you can put it down and train instead? Plus all this internet lately is making me ill !! Addictive and boring :/You can only get away with wearing slutty shorts at home ? Oh I wear these at the gym most summer ...I?m getting my daisy dukes out soon too x
